Cleanroom Partition panels (For complete Cleanroom Area)
  • Double skin partition type
  • Total thickness of the panel varies from 50 mm, 75mm and 100 mm
  • Panel to be used : Aluminium Honeycomb panel with Aluminium Skin sheet of minimum 0.8 mm thickness on both sides.
  • The wall panels to be powder/epoxy coated and compatible to ISO-Class 5 cleanroom.
  • Wall panels to be Static Dissipative panels & should not be De-gassing.
  • Panels to comply with fire protection, Sound; Thermal Insulation & Surface finish as per the standard ISO 14644-4.
  • Panels formed of Aluminium extruded sections with joints filled up of Silicon.
Cleanroom ceiling grid for ISO-Class 5 areas
  • Double skin walkable totally flush type ceiling panels with minimum 0.8 mm thick steel double skin GI pre- coated on one side and 0.6mm Galvano on other side. Thickness minimum 50mm
  • Extruded anodized aluminium sections with provision to keep tear drop light fixtures. Indexing screws for easy mounting of the system.
  • Reinforcing clamps and brackets. Turn buckle, threaded rods & other hardware for easy and faster levelling of the system
  • All the suspension material in Galvanized finishes
  • Ceilings to be sealed to prevent ingress of air bearing particles or other contaminants, from the ceiling void
  • HEPA filters to be fixed to filter grid and properly sealed to prevent ingress of air bearing particles or other contaminants.
Cleanroom ceiling for ISO Class 6 & 7
  • Double skin walkable totally flush type ceiling panels with minimum 0.8 mm thick steel double skin GI pre- coated on one side and 0.6mm Galvano on other side. Thickness minimum 50mm
  • Sealed Cut outs for Filters, Diffusers and light fixtures etc., as required.
Perforated flooring
  • Extruded aluminium solid and perforated panels of minimum 50mm total thickness.
  • Minimum 3 mm antistatic vinyl finish on topside
  • Air control dampers to be provided underneath the perforated tiles as per the requirement.
  • Before fixing the pedestal, if required the filler material must be applied on cement flooring for levelling by the vendor.
  • Self-levelling Epoxy paint belowthe perforated floor (on cement floor/filler material applied on cement flooring)
Comfort area flooring
  • Vinyl floor tiles with welded joints for monolithic construction for all Comfort areas.
  • Before fixing the tiles, the filler material has to be applied for levelling on cement flooring.
Cleanroom Doors
  • Preferred airtight flush doors.
  • Total thickness of the door : minimum 50mm.
  • Door frames to be of Extruded aluminium with gasket (Epoxy painted/powder coated)
  • Door panels to be between the skin sheets.
  • Minimum 0.8mm thick aluminium totally flushed with the wall panels.
  • In-fill of aluminium honeycomb concealed Hardware for fixing of doorframes.
  • Door closure, lock and key.
  • Push plate and door handle
  • Door seal and kick plate
  • Emergency doors with panic latch.
  • All doors to be flush double glazed with see through at top half of the door. (Tempered Glass thickness minimum 6 mm).
  • Number and size of Single, double leaf and Sliding Doors as per the Cleanroom design/layout requirements.
Cleanroom windows
  • Flush double-glazed fixed to the partition panels for the required sizes and quantity. (Tempered Glass thickness minimum 6 mm).
  • Number and size of Windows as per the Cleanroom design/layout requirements.
Cleanroom Pass Boxes
  • All pass boxes to be of SS304, Non-EP, smooth and powder free, fitted with door interlocking.
  • Number and size of pass boxes to be provided as per Cleanroom design/layout requirements.
Air showers
  • Dynamic Air showers to be provided and installed.
  • Minimum size of air shower : 2.0 mt x 1.72 mt.
  • Wall panels to be of SS 304 powder coated compatible to cleanroom and matching to cleanroom partition panel.
  • No. of air showers to provide as per cleanroom design.
Laminar flow cabinets
Laminar Flow Cabinets can be produced as both horizontal and vertical cabinets. There are many different types of cabinets with a variety of airflow patterns for different purposes.

Laminar Air flow workstations are self-contained, multipurpose vibration free and they function effectively in an uncontrolled area. These units provide class 100 laminar airflow in an operator workstation environment HEPA filters used are 99.97% efficient, down to a particle size of 0.3 microns.
Horizontal flow cabinets
Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets receive their name due to the direction of air flow which comes from above but then changes direction and is processed across the work in a horizontal direction. The constant flow of filtered air provides material and product protection.
Vertical Flow cabinets

Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets function equally well as horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets with the laminar air directed vertically downwards onto the working area. The air can leave the working area via holes in the base. Vertical flow cabinets can provide greater operator protection.

Reverse Laminar air flow unit

Reverse flow laminar units are recommended for mixing, weighing & dispensing of powder avoiding distribution of powder particles throughout the work area. The reverse flow-scavenging pre-filter at the bottom at the bottom level / table level ensures that aerosolysed particles are picked up at the source without being allowed to disperse into the area.
