On part of Gas distribution system, we offer a range of services to clients that use specialist gases, from copper to stainless steel we design, install & maintain all laboratory bottled gas systems as well as storages in bulk.   • Double skin partition type
  • Total thickness of the panel varies from 50 mm, 75mm and 100 mm
  • Panel to be used : Aluminium Honeycomb panel with Aluminium Skin sheet of minimum 0.8 mm thickness on both sides.
  • The wall panels to be powder/epoxy coated and compatible to ISO-Class 5 cleanroom.
  • Wall panels to be Static Dissipative panels & should not be De-gassing.
  • Panels to comply with fire protection, Sound; Thermal Insulation & Surface finish as per the standard ISO 14644-4.
  • Panels formed of Aluminium extruded sections with joints filled up of Silicon.


  • Double skin walkable totally flush type ceiling panels with minimum 0.8 mm thick steel double skin GI pre- coated on one side and 0.6mm Galvano on other side. Thickness minimum 50mm
  • Extruded anodized aluminium sections with provision to keep tear drop light fixtures. Indexing screws for easy mounting of the system.
  • Reinforcing clamps and brackets. Turn buckle, threaded rods & other hardware for easy and faster levelling of the system

  • Vinyl floor tiles with welded joints for monolithic construction for all Comfort areas.
  • Before fixing the tiles, the filler material has to be applied for levelling on cement flooring.

  • All pass boxes to be of SS304, Non-EP, smooth and powder free, fitted with door interlocking.
  • Number and size of pass boxes to be provided as per Cleanroom design/layout requirements.


  • Dynamic Air showers to be provided and installed.
  • Minimum size of air shower : 2.0 mt x 1.72 mt.
  • Wall panels to be of SS 304 powder coated compatible to cleanroom and matching to cleanroom partition panel.
  • No. of air showers to provide as per cleanroom design.


Laminar Flow Cabinets can be produced as both horizontal and vertical cabinets. There are many different types of cabinets with a variety of airflow patterns for different purposes.

Laminar Air flow workstations are self-contained, multipurpose vibration free and they function effectively in an uncontrolled area. These units provide class 100 laminar airflow in an operator workstation environment HEPA filters used are 99.97% efficient, down to a particle size of 0.3 microns.


Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets receive their name due to the direction of air flow which comes from above but then changes direction and is processed across the work in a horizontal direction. The constant flow of filtered air provides material and product protection.


Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets function equally well as horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets with the laminar air directed vertically downwards onto the working area. The air can leave the working area via holes in the base. Vertical flow cabinets can provide greater operator protection.


Class A working environment (according to GMP guidelines). The main focus of application is product or process protection against contamination introduced by many sources, such as personnel, general work area, manufacturing, performance, process, machinery, or the product itself.


Reverse flow laminar units are recommended for mixing, weighing & dispensing of powder avoiding distribution of powder particles throughout the work area. The reverse flow-scavenging pre-filter at the bottom at the bottom level / table level ensures that aerosolysed particles are picked up at the source without being allowed to disperse into the area.

  • Specially designed three way corner coving. (For corner where three wall meets).


Design and install Chillers and Chilled water system



    • Energy efficient Air-cooled, water Screw chillers of suitable Tonnage as per design requirement, using environment friendly refrigerant (Non CFC), suitable for outdoor installation with weatherproof enclosure.
    • The total load to be catered by multiple chillers. Each chiller preferably to have multiple compressors of equal tonnage capacity.
    • 50% standby (Redundancy factor) shall be considered for chillers during design
    • Chiller OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) will provide local trained personnel in India, in case of imported chillers.


  • Work out the no. of AHU’s & MAU’s required as per proposed facility design and layout.
  • AHU’s to be horizontal draw through type.
  • AHU’ panels to be double skin having minimum thickness of 50mm and PUF infill. To be fabricated from 20 SWG/22 SWG galvanized zinc sheet, inside plain and outside coated with epoxy.
  • Framework of AHU’s to be of extruded sections with thermal break bolted together. All panels to be detachable or hinged. Complete casing to have earthing connections at two ends.
  • Blower & motor assembly as per proposed design requirements.
  • Motorized fire dampers to be installed to isolate different fire rated areas connected by ducts from fire-affected areas
  • Cooling coils to be factory tested and vendor to provide test certificates.
  • Special drives (VFD/VSD) to be provided for all motors to be provided to match the loads and adjust frequency/voltage and operate motors in an efficient manner.
  • All AHU enclosures to be designed for sound levels less than 60 decibels and vibration free.



  • Pumps to be Horizontal end suction/back pull out type water pump sets with bronze Impellers and mechanical seals for chilled water re-circulation complete with TEFC squirrel cage motor of adequate rating, coupling, base plate, anti-vibration pads etc.
  • Number of pumps to be designed with adequacy for standby.
  • Chilled water pipe line to have required Balancing valves with flow measuring devices, pressure gauges with required isolation Valves/filters/strainer/pressure gauges etc.
  • Pressurization units to be considered for making up the water in the line and maintaining required design pressure.


  • Ducting to be of cold rolled, cold annealed (CRCA) sheets of 20-24 gauge continuously galvanized.
  • Fabrication of ducts to be as per SMACNA standard with gaskets, bend/elbows.
  • Ducts shall be cladded with aluminium sheets including those exposed to the ambient.
  • Ducts to be vibration free
  • Grills and diffusers to be fabricated out of aluminium extruded material.
